We provided them with a remote team based in a Kelly Sourcing Hub and access, which included one full time sourcer and an account manager to provide support and direction. Alongside our team we also provided an applicant tracking system and diversity monitoring portal.
Their HR teams simply didn’t have the time to go through ad responses, carry out CV screening, shortlist and manage applications or provide admin support for online assessment centres. So we did that for them instead.
