Stryker is a global medical technology company that operates a manufacturing facility in Cork, Ireland. The Cork facility produces a range of products, including surgical instruments, orthopaedic implants, and endoscopy equipment. The facility is one of Stryker's largest manufacturing sites, employing over 3,500 people and serving as a hub for the company's European operations. Stryker in Cork is committed to sustainability, investing in renewable energy sources and minimising waste in its production processes. The company has also been recognised for its contributions to the local community through charitable initiatives and educational programs. Stryker required a recruitment partner that was capable of delivering up to 30 Product Builders per induction. 

How we solved the problem

When Kelly first began working with Styker in 2020. They required a recruitment partner that was capable of delivering up to 30 Product Builders per induction. The challenge was that there was a shortage of Product Builder talent in the area. Stryker needed a recruitment partner that could process and test high volumes of candidates and the process needed to be as cost efficient as possible. All candidates needed thorough background checks and needed to have high levels of dexterity. Kelly needed to source people willing to take a contract role for various shifts.
