The Cork facility produces a range of products, including surgical instruments, orthopaedic implants, and endoscopy equipment. The facility is one of Stryker's largest manufacturing sites, employing over 3,500 people and serving as a hub for the company's European operations. The company has also been recognised for its contributions to the local community through charitable initiatives and educational programs. Stryker required a recruitment partner that was capable of delivering up to 30 Product Builders per induction. 

When Kelly first began working with Styker in 2020. They required a recruitment partner that was capable of delivering up to 30 Product Builders per induction.
