Work in the UK: 2013 Employment Outlook
Gary Jones, Managing Director and Country General Manager, UK & Ireland
Official business statistics show a generally weak economic outlook for the UK in 2013/14, although retail sales and manufacturing output has increased. The overall risk level of the UK labour market is still low at just 1.82 out of a possible 5 points, but businesses are looking for long-awaited good news in 2014 before making significant investment in headcount.
