Let the Innovators Innovate
For leaders of global organisations, the writing is on the boardroom wall: companies in the post-2008 economy must re-engineer their workforce models to become the innovative organisations of the future.
Organisational leadership and culture must reflect this focus if they wish to attract and retain a new (and soon to be dominant) generation of workers and to remain relevant in an increasingly aggressive and competitive global market.
