The global business center will ultimately employ approximately 830 employees and after two years we have completed around 90% of this goal and achieved all core KPIs – including cost-per-hire and time-to-fill. It’s crucial that we not only engage the right employees but that we deliver great hiring manager and candidates experiences. We carry out regular surveys that show we are exceeding our satisfaction targets for both groups.
