Our Challenge: A skill shortage in important positions meant there was a requirement for additional capacity in their recruitment team. They also wanted information on the talent  market.

What Did We Do?:

  • Due to insufficient application numbers were being received for key Engineering roles, PR mapped potential candidates with similar and transferable skills across the region.

  • Provided resourcing support to the HR team for hard to fill roles.

  • PR undertook proactive passive candidates engagement.

  • Candidates were screened and submitted to the HR Team for final review.

What Was The Outcome?:

  • Generated detailed market maps of competitors from which Hiring Managers  could
    select target candidates.

  • Successfully engaged multiple candidates for each roles.

  • Filled 7 specialist engineering posts.
