  • Worked with the internal HR team to manage the recruitment process while gathering  market-information from candidate interactions.

The Outcome:

  • Identified and contacted over 1,500 candidates with suitable profiles across Europe.

  • Secured 7 hires (4 of whom relocated for the roles).

  • Produced a detailed market insight report providing significant analysis of  potential talent pools & candidate sentiment.
