Job Title: Travel & Expense Co-ordinator
Salary: up to £35,000
Location: Cheltenham/ Gloucestershire

The new Travel & Expense Co-ordinator post holder will be located in the Cheltenham Office of the company.
In the role of Travel & Expense Co-ordinator the successful financially minded person will be involved with an array of business functions and support processes.
Key duties for the role include:
- Providing expertise on Travel and Expense HMRC legislation
- Performing accounting duties related to travel expenses - usage of Concur
- Working on internal process improvement
- Expense reconciliations
- Manage incidents were company policy is not being adhered to for bookings, and escalate unresolved issues as necessary
Skills you need to succeed:
Ideally coming from Financial background and be commercially minded
Confident Excel skills
Strong communicator at all levels
Committed to continuous professional development
Proven track record of travel accounting
Being able to work on own initiative.
Experience in dealing with policy compliance
Advanced user of Concur Travel & Expenses System (desirable not essential)
Experience using Microsoft Dynamics AX or similar accounts package (desirable not essential)
