Job Title: Training Administrator

Hourly Rate: £9.86
Duration: 6 Months, Temporary

About the job role
This role is to support the Training Supervisor with their Administration tasks:
- Updating spreadsheets and records
- Generating reports and keeping them up to date
- Maintaining document files
- Ensuring document/file compliance
- General administration support
You will have experience of working within an Administration role previously, experience within a Training department would be an advantage.
- Microsoft Office experience
- Good IT skills and able to navigate systems
- Excellent communication skills
This is a temporary role to start ASAP for 6 months. The hours for the role are Monday-Friday between 8-9am and 4-5pm with some flexibility required
