Job description

Technical Administrator

Seeking an experienced and highly skilled Technical Administrator, required to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties include, providing a high level of administrative support to the Technical Manager and Department, preparing monthly and quarterly reports, change management administration, data entry, SharePoint administration, record management and document control.

Main responsibilities include

  • Organising and scheduling meetings
  • Monthly and quarterly reports
  • Change Management Administration
  • Assist in preparation of monthly and quarterly reports
  • Expense Reporting
  • Low value purchasing/reconciliation for the Technical team
  • Department SharePoint administration
  • Safety Data entry
  • Records Management / Document Control
  • Department Ergonomics Contact


  • Proven industry experience as an administrative assistant, or office admin assistant (minimum 5+ years')
  • Strong commitment to safety
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced Proficiency in MS Office
  • Experienced in use of SharePoint
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize workload
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • SAP knowledge advantageous
  • Payroll and HR administration advantageous
Duration of contract 12mths
Rate: £14ph
Hours: 37 per week.
