Kelly Services are recruiting for an experienced Team Leader to work for their client, a buzzing call centre based in Sheffield! They are an organisation that tailor their services in a way that is both beneficial to their staff and bespoke to their clients. They have a close and attentive communication style within the team that is mirrored to their clients so they can be responsive. Our client's founder has over 20 year's experience in the industry, working his way up through the ranks. He has now set up this company as a boutique and tech-enabled contact centre.
Managing a Team of Inbound Customer Service Agents
40 Hours Full Time (Monday-Friday 8am-6pm)
Work to SLA's
Achieve Sales Targets
Deliver team briefs
Conduct 1-2-1's on performance
Lead by example
Have experience in leading a team in a highly targeted environment with a success of revenue growth.
Able to listen and ask questions to understand people's needs.
Have a can-do attitude, and looks for self-development.
Experience within customer service and sales.
Must have utilities experience.
