WHAT WE OFFER:
As a TA Business Partner for our client, in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) you will be responsible for parts of the recruiting process for technical, digital & engineering profiles. Your core tasks include intake calls with our client and autonomous candidate selection, screening applications and conducting telephone and/or video interviews. You are responsible for precise documentation of your selection decisions, whilst supporting both the candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process, up to steps such as the administration of candidate offers and contracts. As one of our first points of client contact, you are in regular exchange with the hiring managers.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- 2+ years' working experience, for example in inhouse or RPO
- Previous experience of direct sourcing using professional networks and social media
- Service-oriented mindset and experience dealing with customers
- Self-assured yet friendly manner and outstanding communication skills
- Reliable working methods, enjoyment of working with a high degree of autonomy
- You are open to flexible remote working
