Job Title: Service Desk Specialist

Salary: £20-£22k (hourly rate equivalent)

About the role
As an experienced Customer focused professional you will join a motivated and and hardworking team supporting with the following:
Providing technical support and assistance for incoming queries
Dealing with issues relating to customer bespoke software
Responding to queries and isolating problems
Responding to customer emails and seeking help/guidance from 3rd level support when required
Managing customer tickets throughout the process
Service desk experience
Excellent customer service skills
Good interpersonal skills
Problem solving skills
Self-motivated approach to work
This is a temporary role until mid-October with the opportunity to extend. The role is 37 hours per week between 8am-5pm Monday-Friday and may include security clearance if the role is extended.
