Service Desk Agent/IT Helpdesk (1st Line Support)/Wakefield/£9.90 per hour

Your new job
As a Service Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing a single point of contact for users, dealing with the management of both routine and non-routine incidents, problems and requests. Provision of 1st line support for incidents.
Supporting standard technical queries
Developing an understanding of the customer's requirements
Taking ownership for listening and understanding customer issues
Escalating issues where necessary to deliver required service level
Experience of working within a customer focused environment
Excellent telephone manner
Problem solving skills
Time management and organisational skills
Due to the nature of the environment, you will be required to undergo a security clearance once offered the role. You will be working on a rota Monday-Friday.
