Your new job
As a Service Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing a single point of contact for users, dealing with the management of both routine and non-routine incidents, problems and requests. Provision of 1st line support for incidents.
- Supporting standard technical queries
- Developing an understanding of the customer's requirements
- Taking ownership for listening and understanding customer issues
- Escalating issues where necessary to deliver required service level
Requirements
- Experience of working within a customer focused environment
- Excellent telephone manner
- Problem solving skills
- Time management and organisational skills
