Job Title: Service Desk Agent
Salary: £9.00 per hour

Kelly Services are working in partnership with a leading IT company who provide IT Systems, Services and Products, they are currently looking for an IT Support Technician to support the service desk in handling calls to log IT issues.
About the role
You will provide a single point contact for users and will be dealing with the management of both routine and non-routine incidents, problems and requests. You will deal with emails and phone calls to perform actions as requested within agreed SLAs and KPIs. You will take ownership for listening to and understanding customer enquiries and delivering a first class service.
You will be experienced in providing an excellent customer experience in both a verbal and written format. You will also have excellent data analysis skills and attention to detail.
