Talent Acquisition Specialist

Salary - Ranging from £40k - £65k depending on experience

Location - Remote working

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist for our client, in RPO, you'll be able to impact change at one of the world's biggest brand. This opportunity gives you the chance to work with a company that is revolutionising every market that they operate in. You'll be part of the end-to-end recruitment process for Technical, Digital & Engineering profiles. You'll hire the innovators that will build our client's future.

The last couple of years have been tough for most and we recognise the need for flexibility in the ever-shifting workforce dynamic. The role therefore offers the flexibility of short, medium and long term roles alongside a range of FTC and permanent positions. This can be discussed in detail at interview stage to see how your needs and ours can align.

The role:

This role is all about experience, experience, experience. We want our client and candidates to have an exceptional recruitment journey with KellyOCG. You will:

  • Autonomously act as the first point of contact for our clients and candidates

  • Screen applications and ensure every candidate receives a response

  • Conduct highly personalised and engaging touchpoints with candidates through telephone and/or video interviews

  • Support both the candidates and hiring managers with queries

  • Carry out precise documentation of your selection decisions

  • Build a single source of truth within our CRM where administration of candidate offers and contracts will be stored

What we are looking for:

  • Experience working in corporate recruiting, RPO or with an agency

  • Previous experience of direct sourcing using professional networks and social media

  • Service-oriented mindset and experience dealing with customers

  • Self-assured yet friendly manner and outstanding communication skills

  • Reliable working methods, enjoyment of working with a high degree of autonomy

  • You communicate well in English

  • You are open to flexible remote working
