Sales Support Administrator / Stockport / £18000-£20000 plus company bonus
Are you an experienced Sales Support Administrator with an interest in Chemistry? My client, based in Stockport is a leading supplier of chemical intermediates to the Pharmaceutical, Agrochemical and Fine Chemical industries.
*Providing Sales Support to the Business Development team
*Processing customer enquires & orders updating customers on back orders
*Raising purchase orders with suppliers, updating other internal depts.
*Managing own customer accounts, making regular contact to develop/maintain existing business
*Complete research & analysis of customer data and the industry to support customer visits made by others
*General administration including answering the telephone, report writing and filing
*Assisting all Sales Managers with administration and implementation of projects
*Identify new novel items to increase our product range
*Check group sales orders entered
*Chemistry degree or 5 year's experience as a Sales Support Specialist with good knowledge of Organic Chemistry
*Experience of managing customer accounts and building relationships
*Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint & SAP
