Our client is looking to recruit a Funeral Plan Sales Advisor. The Company prides itself on offering a market leading product coupled with the highest standards of customer service. You will only ever be talking with warm leads. Essential to this is compassion, openness, care and respect and currently they are one of the UK's most affordable providers. This is an opportunity to join a direct funeral plan provider.
Role
Handling all warm leads and following them up via telephone
Dealing with all web enquiries
Building a relationship and fact finding with customers
Discussing the various options on products available
Answering all questions and providing detailed information
Negotiating and closing sales opportunities
Working to KPI's and achieving targets
Ideal Person
An experienced, proven, sales professional who are keen to develop their career in a dynamic environment with a significant focus on integrity
A background within Financial Services, selling funeral plans, life insurance, wills, pensions or related is ESSENTIAL!
Good outbound sales / closing experience
Confident in picking the phone up, rapport building and negotiating
Money motivated and target driven An excellent communicator
Focus on quality and compliance, and the ability to influence using facts
