Reward & Pensions (Administration and Operations), UK & Europe Region
My client a large international engineering consultancy is seeking a Reward and Pensions Specialist to work in their office in Epsom, Surrey.
Reporting to the Pensions Operations Manager UK & Europe.
Act as a specialist support for the management of the company's defined benefit pension programmes with a particular focus on pensions operations and systems supporting pensions delivery.
Provide generalist support for the delivery of compensation, pension, and benefits programmes for the UK & Europe region.
Specialist Support - Pensions
Support our private and public defined benefit pension arrangements.
Lead projects to improve pension administration efficiency and act as the SME pensions systems to deliver Pension and Benefit initiatives.
Act as Oracle systems expert surrounding pensions, providing support on element design where required and lead on pensions auto-enrolment.
Administration and Ad-hoc activities including support the monthly payroll element reports, contribution and change report files for the various pension schemes.
Generalist Support - Compensation, Pension & Benefits
Support the delivery of annual compensation, pension & benefits cyclical activities and stand-alone projects for the UK & Europe region.
Key Skills and Behaviors
Educated to degree level or equivalent, working towards professional qualifications.
Prior success in a defined benefit pensions delivery role; ideally with some practical knowledge and experience in compensation, pension & benefits.
A focus on hands-on delivery, demonstrating resourcefulness and purpose to deliver the best results.
The ability to work flexibly and to tight deadlines.
Proactive, expected to put forward ideas / suggestions to improve policies, processes and procedures.
Systems and Process orientated; ideally with working knowledge of workday, Oracle and/or flexible benefits technologies and pensions administration platforms/providers.
Advanced Excel capabilities and proficient knowledge of PowerPoint.
Salary : Competitive
Hours: Mon to Fri 40 hrs per week.
