Job Title: Temporary Recruitment Resourcer/Administrator

The role we are looking to fulfil
At Kelly we have an experienced delivery team who help clients find the talent needed to enhance their business. To compliment them, we want occasionally need additional support for major projects. We are looking for individuals with recruitment experience, either as a resourcer, recruiter or recruitment administrator.
We need you to get stuck in and will encourage you to support recruitment projects from the outset. Whether you're finding and attracting candidates through digital media, screening candidates against set criteria or eventually running your own recruitment campaign, the role is fun and varied. You will develop some great transferable skills, setting you up for a prosperous future ahead.

The experience we hope you'll bring
We are looking for people that want to succeed. Your attitude is what we want to invest in, not your academic qualifications. You will spend time on the telephone and on computers so good communication skills and the ability to use tech and email will be key.
