Job Title: Receptionist & Administrator

Your new role
You will provide day-to-day Reception and Administration duties acting as the first point of contact for all visitors. You will maintain the company's central booking system records for meeting rooms and requirements. You will provide effective administration support and liaise with other administrators to cover periods of annual leave and sickness.
To succeed in the role
You will have experience of working within a facilities and customer facing role. You will have excellent organisational and time management skills.
Our client are based in Central London and offer an hourly rate of £12.00 per hour. The role is for 6-8 weeks initially but there is a chance for extension.
