Job description

Purchase Ledger Assistant, Ledbury, £20-25K, 6 months

Toner Graham have a new role within an innovative business based in Ledbury.
The role will include processing invoices, reconciling to Purchase Orders and coding to the General Ledger.
Resolving supplier queries, statement reconciliation and providing support during month and year-end.

Proactive with a 'can-do' attitude, you will be able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
An organised and efficient worker supporting both the finance and purchasing teams
You will be a good communicator with the ability to form strong relationships internally and externally

IT proficiency essential
Knowledge of accounting software
Excellent time-keeping
Good attention to detail
Logging, maintaining and filing invoices
Investigating purchase ledger queries
Liaising with suppliers
Maintaining the accuracy of vendor details
Processing company expenses
Supplier statement reconciliation
Ensuring GRNI is kept to a minimum
Posting and monitoring petty cash
Payment Authorisation
