We have an immediate long term temporary vacancy for a Project Administrator with our prestigious renewable energy client based out of their London office
The Project Administrator will support our client's renewable energy projects with admin/support tasks within finance, facilities, structure, governance, on/off boarding of project members to ensure a standardised and smooth running of those projects.
Led by the Project Management Officer, the Project Administrator will carry out administrative tasks in a timely manner. Provide overall support to the project including the project members to help create and maintain the smooth running of the project. Following our client's way of working by using the Processes within their Process Landscape (PLAN). Ensure continuous improvement by observing, reviewing and engaging on how project administration management is delivered. Take an active role in constantly updating standard templates and processes to fit the Offshore business.
The areas of responsibility are administrative support within finance, purchasing, administration, governance and off and on-boarding new project members.

Experience with working in a project environment. Have an understanding of large scale projects and preferable Wind industry awareness. Service minded, structured and have a passion and will to drive the administrative part of any allocated project forward, using the newest standards and knowledge to support a smooth-running project . Be able to drive continuous improvements and develop it into best practice processes for a specific project to ensure the highest standards. Strong user of Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint and knowledge to SAP or a similar financial tool. Business English is needed to perform in the job.
