Job Title: Part-Time Receptionist

Your new role
This friendly, vibrant and professional business are seeking a Receptionist/Administrator to join their team in working in a varied role. You will deal with incoming calls, look after visitors and provide refreshments as required. you will also be involved in administration support for the business and associated compliance including data protection and confidentiality. This role is working alternate shifts of 8.30am-1pm and 1pm-5.30pm each week on a job sharing basis.
You will be an experienced Administrator with excellent communication skills both face to face and over the phone. You will be able to multi-task and manage own time effectively. You will also have strong knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
