Role: Outbound Customer Service Advisor (AVIVA)
Training: 20 days (M-F: 9am -5.30pm from our Airdrie office)
Salary: £9.30 per hour with the opportunity to earn an extra £1 per hour
Job Type: Full time, Permanent
Working Hours: 35 hours per week. Shifts: 12pm -8pm (Mon & Fri) No weekend work!

Location: Glasgow, Scotland

The Role:
We have great opportunities in our retention team for people with a passion for excellent customer service to join our team in Bishopbriggs. Within the role you'll be contacting existing Aviva customers regarding renewing their Car or Home Insurance policy, ensuring answers are always delivered and resolutions found, whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service as this is not a sale driven role. Previous experience in working on an Outbound campaign would be advantageous but not a prerequisite. With a non-target driven work environment with pay progression opportunities, fixed Monday to Friday shifts, a fabulous purpose-built site with great facilities and a free bus ride from the Glasgow City centre to Aviva Bishopbriggs, with the First Bus service, you would love to become a part of our team.

Key Duties:
·Make outbound calls to existing customers who are coming up for renewal on their car and home insurance helping them through the renewal process.
·Consistently put customers first by actively listening to them, building their trust while understanding their needs.
·Deliver a service where patience, empathy and building rapport are central
·Continuously demonstrate excellent customer service
·Build strong working relationships through proactive communication with both internal and external stakeholders

The Ideal Candidate:
·Similar experience in a contact centre environment would be advantageous
·Outstanding communication skills
·Ability to empathise and manage customers concerns
·Excellent customer service skills
·High levels of resilience when dealing with difficult situations
·An eye for detail and accuracy
·Ability to multitask with excellent organisational skills
·Take ownership of situations with positive and a can-do attitude
