Role: Outbound Customer Service Advisor
Location: Nationwide
Salary: £9.50+ per hour (varies)

The role we're looking to fill
We work on a number of client campaigns that are after Customer Service Advisors to join their thriving teams in assisting customers over the phone. You will:

  • Be comfortable and confident making outbound calls to new prospects

  • Research and find the right decision makers

  • Approach all prospects with great integrity and professionalism

  • Complete questionnaires and surveys

  • Meet set targets
