Outbound Customer Service Advisor

£17,337.06 ( £9.30 per hour )

12-8 Monday to Friday (35.85 (7.17 per day)

Your New Role:

  • Responding to new and existing customer requests
  • Identifying customer requirements and retaining business through inbound and outbound calling activity to help support the growth of the client
  • Achieving individual sales targets and contributing to the team/ department targets through both inbound and/or outbound calling
  • Delivering excellent customer service through engaged conversation and understanding customers needs
  • Adhering to compliance and the Financial Conduct Authority guidelines as well as the department code of conduct
  • Working with the department to share customer information to enable the business to learn from any mistakes and market conditions
  • Supporting other business areas where required in order to meet customer demand

What We Need From You:

  • Excellent communication skills including influencing, building rapport, negotiating and empathising both verbal and written to present a credible professional image
  • Ability to communicate with people at all levels
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
  • A resourcefulness to pursue tasks in difficult and challenging circumstances
  • Ability to share ideas, skills and knowledge with colleagues
  • Proven ability to deal with difficult customers by telephone in a compassionate manner
  • Able to work on own initiative Basic Microsoft Word and Excel Skills
  • A DBS & Credit Check is also required for this role
