We are looking to hire an Order Management Coordinator to join our global supply chain service centre in Peterborough on a 12 month fixed term contract.
Your impact will be seen in these and other ways:
Processing of customer orders within the order management system, accurately and to deadlines.
Compilation and distribution of export/shipping documentation.
Publishing of confirmations and notifications to customers including: order acknowledgements, shipment notifications/tracking details and invoices.
Handling of internal enquiries and escalating where required to seek resolution to challenging enquiries/complaints.
Interacting with internal stakeholders to resolve order issues.
To be successful within this role you will need
Existing experience in either order management, account management or in customer services.
Proven track record of working in a fast paced, high volume order management/ supply chain environment.
Experience with GOMS, SAP, Oracle or a similar ERP package would be an advantage.
A genuine passion for achieving customer service excellence
To be data driven with exceptional analytical skills to solve problems and draw meaningful conclusions.
Adept at learning new systems quickly with the willingness to share knowledge with others.
Strong communication skills teamed with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of people.
The ability to organise and prioritise your own work load.
To be an advocate for change and share your ideas in how we can streamline process and procedures.
