Office Administrator / Corby / £18000-£20000
Are you an experienced Administrator looking for a new opportunity that offers autonomy within your role as well as future progression? This is a brand new position ideal for an experienced Administrator, you will be supporting 2 Directors with all administrative tasks and taking charge of the day to day running of the office.
*Organising international travel and accommodation for 2 Directors (business trips, airport car parking, flights, hotels, car hire etc)
*Typing general correspondence and emails
*Answering incoming telephone calls, dealing with queries and taking messages
*Meeting and greeting visitors at reception
*General Administration tasks
*Previous Administration experience is essential
*A second language would be an advantage (European)
*Competent in MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
*Must have a clean driving licence
