Alfreton, £18,000 to £20,000 per annum
Our client, a leading manufacturer in their industry are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Office Administrator to join their thriving team. This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of a growing company!
The ideal candidate will be organised, have excellent written, IT and verbal communication skills and previous experience in an office environment. They should be able to work independently and within a team.
You Will Be Responsible For:
Providing support for office staff and workshop operatives
Keeping well organised, and completing tasks in a timely manner
Keeping computer databases up to date
Ordering office stationery and other supplies
Working with Microsoft office
Setting up new enquiries
Setting up new projects and quotes and creating job files
Photocopying, scanning and filing
Taking phone calls, messages and emailing clients
Any other general admin duties required
