Mandarin Speaking Customer Service Advisor
Location: Working from Home
Salary: £19k

37.5 hours
00:00 - 08:30 or 00:30 - 09:00

Our prestigious client is looking to appoint a Mandarin SpeakingCustomer Service Advisor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide excellent customer service to a range of customers with varying requirements

  • To represent the home office and uphold the values

  • To respond to both verbal and written communications

  • Ability to effectively question customers, even with complex background information

  • Flexible -has the ability to switch between call and email work, whilst maintaining accuracy

  • You are able to work at pace and balance a number of priorities



Candidate Requirements:

  • Fluent in both Mandarin

  • Excellent verbal communication skills

  • Ability to respond to written communications by email

  • Ability to handle sometimes complex and sensitive calls and react with the appropriate level of compassion
