Job description


Fujitsu Services Logistics provides logistics warehousing and value add services to both internal and external customers.
The role provides a customer interface into the services and logistics operation, managing all operational requests, communication and escalations.
This role will involve working a rotating shift pattern, likely to be 6-2, 2-10.


The role of Logistics Administrator includes:

  • Logging service related calls and expediting to resolution.

  • Processing returns.

  • Ownership of exceptions and escalations.

  • Use of third party carrier systems.

  • Quoting and booking of specific transport requirements.

  • General back office administration.


  • You will be working as part of a team and the willingness to be flexible and undertake a variety of tasks is essential.

  • Ability to work for extended periods under constant pressure.

  • Microsoft Office & PC Literate.

  • Previous experience of the Logistics environment is advantageous.
