Learning and Development Manager

The Role
We are looking for a Learning and Development Manager to help existing talent advance their skills and knowledge and to help our new talent understand the business and grow with all the required skill and knowledge to succeed in their role
The Learning and Development Manager will be responsible for
- Creating and executing learning strategies and programmes
- Evaluating individual and organisational needs
- Implementing various learning methods (coaching, job-shadowing, online training etc)
- Design and delivery of e-learning courses, workshops, and other training programmes
- Manage training needs analysis for each division of business and identify best practise training requirements
- Create development frameworks for roles to ensure progression can be charted by role
- Assist with succession planning for management roles
- Collaborate with senior leadership team in identifying best methods for learning for their teams
Knowledge & Experience
- Knowledge and experience of the recruitment industry would be an advantage (but not essential)
- Experience of delivery sales training
- NLP or similar methodology qualification
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire
- Ability to assess and problem solve
- Determination and patience
