We have a number of roles available, working permanent from home, with equipment provided to you!
What does the role entail?
You will be dealing with inbound calls, assisting customers with their applications and supporting from beginning to end. You will discuss eligibility, funding and payments with customers and any other associated queries they may have. You will speak with customers who have a variety of needs and providing as much information to them as possible.
What do we need from you?
You will have experience of working in a customer focussed environment and be able to interact with a number of different people. You will have a passion for solving customer queries and supporting them along their experience journey. You will have good IT skills, being able to operate different applications.
Due to the nature of the calls you will be taking, you will be required to undergo a DBS/credit check (being able to provide a number of documents, to be discussed).
