    Hours: 40 per week - Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm and Saturday 8am - 6pm. Full flexibility required

    About the role

    Working on behalf of a market leader in the Energy industry, you will provide excellent customer service assisting customers with a wide range of queries to include:

    • Smart meter appointments

    • Payment and billing queries

    • Account changes

    • General customer support

  • As an Inbound Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers looking for an effective solution to their query.

    What do we need from you?

    As a confident communicator, you will be able to speak to customers in a professional capacity via phone and email. You will be a competent IT user, being able to manage a number of systems including social media chat, Excel and Word. You will be flexible to work required shifts and show good time keeping skills.

    Additional Information/Requirements

    • Working from home (equipment provided) returning to the office once local restrictions are lifted

    • Stable internet connection (ethernet connection required - cable provided) and comfortable working space

    • Happy to undergo a DBS check and credit check (documents required can be discussed)

    • Flexible to work the following hours on a rota basis 40 per week - Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm and Saturday 8am - 6pm
