Inbound Customer Service Advisor (Part time 34.5 hours per week) /£8.91 per hour / Work From Home
Hours: 34.5 per week - Mon-Fri 9am to 4.45pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 4.30 Friday
Kelly Services are working in partnership with a leading Telecommunications company who are looking for Customer Service Advisors to join their company to deliver excellent customer service, dealing with queries and providing solutions.
You will be supporting customers via both email and telephone with any queries and providing guidance with specific processes and providing as much information as possible.
What do we need from you?
Flexible to work unsociable hours as listed above
Excellent customer service skills
Able to deal with customers in a calm manner
Able to guide customers through a process
IT literate, able to pick up systems quickly
Please note for this position all candidates must hold a valid passport
A full 9 days training will be provided via Microsoft Teams.
You will be required to undergo a credit check and enhanced DBS check
