35.85 hours per week
Hours are between: 8am to 8pm (Monday to Friday) and only 1.5 weekend in every 4.
Saturday: 8:30am to 5:30pm
Sunday: 10am - 4pm
About the role
Working on behalf of a market leader in the Energy industry, you will provide excellent customer service assisting customers with a wide range of queries to include:
Smart meter appointments
Payment and billing queries
General customer support
As an Inbound Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers looking for an effective solution to their query.
What do we need from you?
As a confident communicator, you will be able to speak to customers in a professional capacity via phone and email. You will be a competent IT user, being able to manage a number of systems including social media chat, Excel and Word. You will be flexible to work required shifts and show good time keeping skills.
Airdrie once local restrictions are lifted
Stable internet connection (ethernet connection required - cable provided) and comfortable working space
Happy to undergo a DBS check and credit check (documents required can be discussed)
