Kelly Services are working in partnership with a leading technology company that assist their customers across a range of industries.They work on a global scale, serving 6,000 private and public sector customers in 70 countries. They are a recognised leader in corporate responsibility and are a Fortune 500 company. They are seeking Help Desk Technicians to remotely support their customers.
Your new job
You will provide remote support to customers in an ever changing environment. Your job will include:
- Entering tickets onto the call tracking tool
- Ensuring all information is accurate and assigned to a queue
- Providing technical support to customers for basic computer related technical problems
- Service Centre/Customer Service experience
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of call logging systems
- Excellent customer service/communication skills

The hours for this role are Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week between the hours of 7am & 7pm.
Successful applicants will be required to undergo Her Majesty;s Government Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) pre-employment vetting. Further information to be given at assessment stage.
