Job Title: German Speaking Customer Service Advisor
Duration: Temporary, ongoing
Location: Wolverhampton
Salary: £22-£25k
Hours: 37 per week between 8am-6pm Monday-Friday

About the job role
As a Customer Service Advisor you will provide advice along with the required credit risk assessment activities to our customers to support their use of our products and services

  • Communicating with customers both verbally and in written form in German and English
  • Providing an excellent level of customer service at all times
  • Assessing credit applications and making recommendations
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients
  • Ensuring compliance with company policy and regulatory requirements
  • Providing help and guidance on services and products

Skills/experience required

  • Customer Service experience
  • Fluent in German
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills the ability to convey messages in a clear and concise manner in fluent German and English
  • Able to prioritise own tasks and workload
  • Experience of working with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word
  • Happy to undergo a BPSS and DBS check

Additional Information
This role is working on a temporary, ongoing basis with the view to become permanent. You must be fluent in both English and German.
