French Speaker - Customer Service Advisor
Location: Gateshead Baltic Place
Training - 2 weeks in the office then WFH
Status: Temp to Perm
Salary: £18,000
Hours: 37.5 hours Monday - Sunday

Our prestigious client is looking to appoint French Speaking Customer Service Advisor. Due to our continued business success, we are looking to strengthen our team of Customer Service Advisors for our leading consumer product company specialising in Beauty and Grooming, Health and Wellbeing as well as Household care products.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will handle inbound calls and emails, in a fast - paced contact centre environment. Your role will be to respond to queries regarding the client's products within the range of queries, complaints, advice seeking, and general customer service duties.
- You should be prepared to handle these contacts in a sensitive and empathetic manner when necessary, and to ensure that the customer is fully satisfied at all times.
- Every call is different, as and the ability to effectively control the call, in a calm and positive manor is With active listening, and effective questioning skills, combined with a persuasive style and strong product knowledge, you will provide a first time resolution of every call, ensuring a positive customer experience at all times.
Candidate Requirements:
To provide such support, we are seeking articulate individuals who are confident communicators.
- Fluent French
- Customer service experience
- IT literate
