Job Title: Service Desk Agent
Location: Wakefield
Salary: £9.50 per hour + shift allowance
Duration: Temporary, ongoing
Hours: 7pm to 11pm for 2 to 3 evenings through week and involve working weekends

Your new job
As a Service Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing a single point of contact for users, dealing with the management of both routine and non-routine incidents, problems and requests. Provision of 1st line support for incidents.

  • Supporting standard technical queries

  • Developing an understanding of the customer's requirements

  • Taking ownership for listening and understanding customer issues

  • Escalating issues where necessary to deliver required service level


Requirements

  • Experience of working within a customer focused environment

  • Excellent telephone manner

  • Problem solving skills

  • Time management and organisational skills



Interested?
Due to the nature of the environment, you will be required to undergo a security clearance once offered the role. This role will cover 7pm to 11pm for 2 to 3 evenings through week and involve working weekends. Required to be flexible with shift patterns.
