Finance Business Partner, Gloucester, £40-45K plus benefits, 6 months with potential for a permanent contract
An exciting opportunity to join a world leading global organisation for a Finance Business Partner to be based in Gloucester. This is a full-time temporary role for 6 months, however there is the possibility that this could become permanent for the right candidate.
The Finance Business Partner will be responsible for in-year performance together with the leadership team and the Finance Manager for decision making support and will also deliver cost savings.
Responsible (with the Finance Manager) financial performance including cost and capex reporting, and forecasting.
Business Partnering the leadership team.
Responsible for ensuring controls on fixed assets, inventory, and balance sheets
Sigs off business plan budgets and month end closing
Support decision making process with ad hoc data and analysis.
Implement processes and best practices
Actively interact with site leadership team and operations on performance, controls and decisions
Strong analytical mind set with advanced Excel skills
Proven Business Partnering skills
Ability to drive performance, manage risks, collaborate and make decisions
SAP experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
Finance/Accounting/Business degree (or similar) required
