Divisional Administrator / West Drayton / £35000
Kelly Services, working with a global Pharmaceutical client, are recruiting for an experienced Divisional Administrator to support a number of people including the BU Director, Area Sales Managers, Sales Force, Brand Managers and Commercial team.
To make travel arrangements for the supervisor and make the necessary bookings
To organise events, such as internal and external meetings, conferences, visits from guests, business conferences etc., working within assigned budgets
To manage other assigned tasks within the company such as HR, M&S, QC, IT, G&S, Logistics, DRP or SHE etc
To sort all different documents (various correspondences and invoices etc.) and file them accurately to keep archives up-to-date
Requires someone with a positive can-do attitude, able to multi-task, assess own and team's priorities.
Have confidence to organise full team meetings - usually held somewhere in the UK when not dealing with Covid - also organise and attend customer meetings, UK and abroad, so great interpersonal skills required.
Happy to collaborate with other admins on larger all company meetings .
Good Microsoft office skills and willingness and ability to learn other company systems such as Coupa.
Looking for full time, 35 hours per week - at the moment they are predominantly working from home but there will be the need for the role to be office based with the ability to travel once things are back to "normal".
Experience in Pharma is an advantage but not essential
