Role: Data & Tech EMEA Sales Process Coordinator
Location: Central London, WC2H 8AG
Duration: ASAP until 31 Dec 2020
Rate per hour: £14 - £16
The main role of the Sales Process Coordinator is to coordinate and execute administrative processes associated with contracting and billing issue resolution for our Platforms customers. In this capacity you will work side by side with our Account Executives, Customer Success Managers and Billing support teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience in the area of contracting and billing.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute operational tasks associated with contract processing management, e.g. issuing agreements, uploading signed contracts etc. with multiple internal and external stakeholders across regions and countries.
- Execute administrative processes in SalesForce and other systems to set up new customers
- Work with clients to capture correct legal and billing information
- Provide administrative support to Account Executives in closing non-standard deals
- Collect best practices for our global team and advise on ways of streamlining the processes
- Lead global billing setups and audits by interacting with and aligning multiple internal and external stakeholders across regions and countries
- Act as main client contact for billing topics and ensure a speedy resolution of billing issues, e.g. requesting credits and rebills etc.
- Escalate billing issues to internal support teams
- Collaborate with billing support teams, Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to source required information for troubleshooting
- Collect best practices for our global team and advise on ways of streamlining the processes
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent practical experience
- 1-2 years professional experience in a related process-driven role and/or in project management
- Organizational skills
- Experience in account management and client relationship management.
- Experience with common business applications (spreadsheet management, database applications, presentation applications, etc).
- Experience in using CRM systems (e.g. SalesForce) and ticketing systems
- Ability to strategically think and analyze the needs of clients
- Experience with productivity and meeting deadlines
- Experience in a Tech Sales environment
- Ability to speak and write in French and/or German is nice to have, but not mandatory
