Job Title: Inbound Customer Service Executive
Salary: £8.72 per hour
Duration: 10 weeks - Temporary to Permanent
Hours: 37.5 per week - Mon-Fri between 00.00-16.00 Sunday 04.00-13.00 (Nights/Days combined)
Calling all experienced Customer Service people
Are you looking for a Customer Service role working from home? Happy to work a combination of both Night & Day shifts?
Kelly Services are working in partnership with a leading Telecommunications company who are looking for Customer Service Advisors to join their company to deliver excellent customer service, dealing with queries and providing solutions.
You will be supporting customers via both email and telephone with any queries and providing guidance with specific processes and providing as much information as possible.
What do we need from you?
- Flexible to work unsociable hours as listed above
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to deal with customers in a calm manner
- Able to guide customers through a process
- IT literate, able to pick up systems quickly
- A full 9 days training will be provided via Microsoft Teams.
- You will be required to undergo a credit check and enhanced DBS check
- Equipment will be provided to you
