Customer Service Agent
Location: Work from Home
Type: Full-time permanent role
Remuneration: £17374.50 per year
Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week - Monday - Friday from 8:45 am to 5:15 pm. You will be working at least 1 weekend of out 8. When it happens, you will have a Thursday and Friday off (fixed days) and work a Saturday and a Sunday.
Training: 2 weeks (full-time virtual training)
Full equipment provided after training.
We have a fantastic opportunity for you as a Customer Service Agent!
We are looking for a new team member for the P&G Campaign.
You will handle inbound calls and emails and respond to queries and complaints regarding P&G Products in a sensitive and empathetic manner. The products vary from Beauty and Grooming to House care products and Health Well-being.
Your goal is to ensure the customer is happy and satisfied at all times. We expect you to effectively and positively control the call with active listening and effective questioning skills, combined with a persuasive style and strong product knowledge.
Experience in a customer service role
Proven written skills
Great PC and Keyboard Skills
Experience working in Social Media/Chat/Emails is an advantage
Experience and knowledge of P&G products would be beneficial
We need 100% commitment for you to attend 2 week's full-time training (Virtual Training). The successful candidates will receive full KIT (PC/Monitor/Tower and Headset).
