Kelly Services are working in partnership with a buzzing call centre based in Sheffield! They are an organisation that tailor their services in a way that is both beneficial to their staff and bespoke to their clients. They have a close and attentive communication style within the team that is mirrored to their clients so they can be responsive. Our client's founder has over 20 year's experience in the industry, working his way up through the ranks. He has now set up this company as a boutique and tech-enabled contact centre.
About the role
-This role is perfect for experienced customer service advisors with experience in Energy to join a rapidly expanding team in the centre of Sheffield.
-You will be answering inbound calls and emails from customers and dealing with any queries they have.
-Training will be provided on all products and services, with guidance and support along the way.
-Energy Utilities experience is essential.
-You will ideally have experience of working within a sales or customer service role which could be door to door, telesales and or even retail sales. You will be money motivated and be eager to learn!
The salary for this role is £18000 along with a range of other benefits including team nights outs, individual and team prizes and progression opportunities. The hours of the role 40 hours Monday-Friday between the hours of 10am-7pm
