Customer Service Advisor
Location: Gateshead Baltic Place (South Shore Road) - Work from home until COVID-19 restrictions are lifted.
Remuneration: £17.374,50 per year
Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week - Monday - Friday from 8:45 am to 5:15 pm. You will be expected to work at least 1 weekend out of 8. You will have a Thursday and Friday off (fixed days) and work a Saturday and a Sunday.
Type: Full-time permanent role
Before you start, you will have 2 weeks of full-time, fully virtual training. If approved, you will receive a full KIT (PC/Monitor/Tower and Headset).
You will handle inbound calls and emails, in a fast-paced contact center environment. Your role will be to respond to queries regarding the client's products (Beauty and Grooming, Household care products and Health and Well-being), complaints, advice seeking, and general customer service duties.
You should be prepared to handle these contacts in an empathetic manner whenever necessary and to ensure that the customer is fully satisfied at all times.
Every call will be a different challenge, so you will need to have the ability to effectively control the call, calmly and positively, with active listening, and effective questioning skills, combined with a persuasive style and strong product knowledge, you will provide the first-time resolution of every call, ensuring a positive customer experience.
