Kelly Services are currently working in partnership with a company that provide IT solutions and services to a number of companies. This position is working within a leading bank, providing exceptional customer support.
Your new role
You will be responsible for dealing with enquiries relating to personal loans. You will deliver excellent customer service, resolving questions and transferring customers to appropriate departments when required.

- Good communication/interpersonal skills
